Our client is recruiting 4 permanent Customer Service Advisors to join their busy and well established team.
Duties and Responsiblities: - To provide first class customer service across the company's customer base, by offering expert advice, help and assistance through the sales ordering process. - The role will involve taking incoming calls, making outbound calls and investigating any queries/complaints through to a satisfactory resolution.
Experience/skills required: - Previous experience in a telephone based Customer Service environment - Excellent telephone skills - Confident and professional with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels - Self motivation - Able to demonstrate good sales ability - PC literacy
