Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for the sale products to trade companies and to a defined customer base. Generating new business and building on existing accounts.
Duties/Responsibilities: - To attain monthly targets, including team, individual and activity. - Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings and achieve objectives set. - Attend regular in-house or external training to meet objectives and knowledge requirements. - Generate and send out quotations. - Produce reports as and when required. - Deal with customers technical and design requirements. - Process all orders. - Attend relevant exhibitions and roadshows. - Occasional visits to customer sites. - Work as part of a team including support for Field Sales. - Provide Monthly forecasts.
Skills/Experience required: - Excellent telephone manner - Proven experience within Business to Business Telesales. - Good negotiation skills. - Able to multitask. - Computer literacy.
