To facilitate further growth a vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join its Customer Service & Sales team. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proven sales and admin experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Working under the guidance of the Customer Services Manager & be part of the Sales and Customer Services team. The main aim of the role is to provide excellent customer service; to meet and exceed customer requirements. - This role also encompasses a sales element, and the candidate will be working within the team that deals with out of stock orders, encouraging customers to take alternative products. - Providing product information and advice to customers, ultimately to secure a sale and maintain continued custom from existing customers - Resolving customer issues - Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email in a professional and positive manner.
Person specification: - Excellent written and verbal English, French and German - Self motivated to help deliver excellent customer service by communicating via phone and email - Confident, outgoing and approachable personality - Able to thrive in a fast paced environment - Positive thinker and enthusiastic - Strong organisational skills - Ability to stay positive at all times - Have a good knowledge of IT
