Job purpose:
To ensure that daily Production and Quality targets for the factory are achieved, along with good disciplines of Time and Attendance, Value of Order, Training and Health and Safety, whilst driving continuous improvement in terms of Machines and Manpower used.

Duties and Accountabilities:
- Working within the Management Team in supervision of 20 production staff.
- Superivision in the use of raw materials and capital equipment to satisfy budgeted annual sales turnover in the region of £10m - £20m.
- Ensuring sufficient and adequate resources are available to satisfy Production targets.
- Ensure all production materials achieve the Quality targets
- Ensure all production staff are flexible in work routines by encouraging training and development.
- Ensure production staff maintain good levels of personal discipline (in line with Company Employee Handbook)
- Ensure all production presonnel maintain the required levels of Health and Safety
- Ensure all production personnel maintain the required levels of Value of Order.
- Implementing Disciplinary Procedures.

Candidates must have previous experience of all the above.
